I recently read a fill by sammademedoit (which was fantastic) and there was a line in the story that got me thinking: "It’s like you didn’t get enough hugs as a child or something,” Mike grumbles" and of course my imagination went into overdrive. How about a story that explains a little bit as to why Harvey is so focused, demanding/commanding and seeking respect? What if Harvey had been abused as a child and was told he would be nothing, hence the focus and drive to be all that he can be. Bonus if while Mike and Harvey are intimate, Mike sees scars on Harvey's back and knows instantly it's from being whipped or caned or whatever as a child. Rooms for tons of angst, hurt/comfort and character study! I would be VERY grateful for this story and happy to send tons of virtual cookies, cake and pie! Everybody loves pie!
