oh i should stay so far away from this, but maybe it's just right. you have no idea how sorry i am that you know that there is no kind of magic out there to deal with shit like that. i know too, so i will fill this for you. it will take me a while, no doubt, because it's going to be painful, but hey ... therapy it is.
