Tony runs for days without sleep and overworks - not just with the Avengers, but with Stark Industries dealings - to the point where he should be in an early grave by now. The stress of his ridiculously busy schedule has finally started to manifest...in the form of violent migraines that leave him bed ridden while his system fights through the worst of it. Being Tony, he self medicates and just keeps on going but eventually he has a really bad turn in front of Steve. Cue lots of worried!Steve and glorious hurt/comfort. Tony hates being nurse-maided to begin with, but soon comes around to the idea when Steve does things like massage his temples and encourages Tony to bury himself in Steve's arms and pretend nothing else exists.
