A bully from Reid's past recognizes him when Morgan and Reid are out decompressing after a case. When the bully starts making fun of pale/skinny/geeky Reid who couldn't get a date back in the day, Morgan steps up and pretends to be Reid's boyfriend. Cue bully surprise and backing off, but they have to keep up the charade until the bully leaves the club.
