I am open to any fic suggestions (are there any fics that everyone's read that I should know about?) but am particularly interested in stories that at least go into some detail about how the relationship switches from platonic to what we all know it should be. I always like to get my head around the way I think the "relationship" should start, and so different perspectives would be great.

I'm just looking for any good White Collar fics that anybody's come across. It can be slash (preferred-oh my heart!), OT3 or gen. I'm not picky as long as they're good. Or even an already established rec list would be awesome.
